Greetings, loyal readers. The Kurt-meister here, ready to spread the gospel according to me, on another pleasant Sunday morning. Les do dis!!
As the tag line suggests, I have a bit of a patience problem. I want what I want, when I want it. And I get kind of cranky if I don't get it fast enough. So, here it is, May 21st. The move to Michigan is now planned for Mid July.....and it's not coming fast enough for me. The family is really getting excited about the move, my son is probably the most. He'll get to go to the middle school where his friends are. I've got friends & family with their feelers out, trying to find me a job. The oldest daughter & her fiancee are looking for a house for all of us to share....easier with the bills that way. And, I've already been approached by a few promoters for work. So, I'm a hypocrite. But, I will explain myself, and let you readers formulate your own opinion: the whole reason why I retired is, living down here in Florida, I wasn't getting booked. The Florida indies are alot different than Michigan. And, since it isn't cost efficient for a promoter to fly me in, I was just staying home, anyway. The last time I got promised transportation, and then 1/2 the trans, and then no phone call at all, I got pissed and decided that instead of that happening anymore, I would just retire. But, since I'm moving back "home", I'll fire up my gimmick, and pick and choose who I work for, now. And, I'm working on a new heel gimmick that I think will be extremly marketable (Thanks, Phil).
So, the time is slowly ticking by. Once we get settled, I will be visiting friends. Maybe we'll have a cookout, and invite some of you lucky readers to come and have bratwursts with me & the fam.
Well, thats pretty much it. 2 months to go. Guh. Anyone wanna loan me $2000.00 so i can make the move faster? LOL Just kidding. Keep your money....I'll be there soon enough.
