Stolen shoes, and catching a promoter on fire.

Hi, kids. Miss me? Well, a long awaited wrestling type update is finally here! Strap in, and hang on....

Thurs: Left Florida. Nice drive. Ho hum.

Friday: Got to Port Huron, MI around 9 am. Got to the hotel, and laid down, after being up for 23 hours. Hour and a half later, Chip/Rudedog/Marshall picks me up, and we head over to a cab driving buddy of ours. Stories and laughs. Good times. The wife went out to her brothers house while I was dinking around. She picks me up, and we meet up with the oldest daughter and my parents for dinner at Elmer Fud's. Don't ask. Back to the hotel for swimming & jacuzzi. I slept like a frikkin rock.

Saturday: Up at 7 am, my usual schedule. Take the family over to my sisters house for a nice lunch. My parents were there, and I got to see my beautiful niece. She is getting so big. Back to the hotel to grab my gimmick. We get to the place, and I got mobbed. I tell ya, it felt so good to be around my "family" again. 1/2 Ton Hillbillies vs. Mayhem in the tag title tourney. Here's the set up: I'm getting my gimmick around, and I notice I'm missing a shoe. At first, I kinda thought it was a rib. But to my shegrin, everyone kayfabed the shoe. So, I wrestled barefoot. Great pop in my hometown; Port Huron loves me & Chuck. Mayhem come out, and they're holding BOTH of my shoes. Bastards...LOL. Chainsaw puts me in a leglock, and proceeds to tickle the bottom of my feet, ultimately trying to make me laugh. I grabbed the rope, and buried my face in the mat. Good back and forth match, but they won when they gave me a double suplex. Nice old school finish. Kuzin Kurt vs. "The Prettyboy Redneck" Levi Blue, in my 'retirement match'.  Ok.....it was supposed to be my retirement match, and had every intention of retiring after this match. But, another promoter talked to me after the show, and made me a pretty sweet deal. I'm gonna wait to see if it comes through. If not, I'm not out anything, and I'll have retired for real. Any damn ways, the match went relatively well. I blew a couple of spots, but Levi covered up nicely. And we got one of the students that Levi & I trained involved as Levi's valet, Lady Chastity. She'll never know how truly proud I am of her.....she is a  very special person in my life, and I miss her tremendously. Back to the match: good comedy match. Levi and I had the crowd eating out of our hands. Levi drew awesome heat on the mic, and I got the hometown pop. His gay redneck gimmick is an absolute riot. I almost laughed out loud twice in that match. Chuck came out, and we double steam rolled him. Hell; we even got the ref to do it...LOL. So, Levi went to give me a bodyslam, and I fell on top of him for the win. I laid on his legs, and Chuck top rope splashed him, "For being gay"....and then we hog slopped him on the outside.

I would personally like to thank everyone who came out to see me that night. Even if I don't all the way retire, I am seriously slowing down. 1/2 of the mWo roster was there, and that meant the world to me. They all were the reason I lit the fire back under my ass to wrestle, so I tried to entertain them all, as well as all the great fans in Port Huron. Went to the VFW afterwards and sang karaoke. Cid Rain muddled through Baby Got Back, but the highlight was watching him bump on the concrete floor, and doing a kip up afterwards. Ah, young and drunk......I remember those days. Back to the hotel for some much needed sleep.

Sunday: Woke up, sore as hell. DAMN YOU, MAYHEM!!!! So, I journeyed to the jacuzzi to soak my beaten up body, and brother, it helped! Journey out to my in-laws to visit with them. My mother-in-law cried when we left. That was tough.....but then again, I got that a couple of times this weekend. So, back to the hotel, and I took a well earned nap. From there, we head to the promoter of BWCW's house for a nice dinner. Grilling hot dogs and burgers on the grill. The ignitor on the grill wasn't working, so I lit it with my lighter, and his face was mere inches from the grill when it went up. Singed the hair on his arm....LOL. I'm glad he wasn't seriously hurt, but it was funny, after the fact. Said our goodbyes and back to the.....you guessed it: hotel.

Monday: Went to see my parents, because they slaughtered their cow, and gave us 10 lbs. of burger to bring back with us. Thank god for that, because burger is like 3-4 bucks a pound down here...sheesh. back in the Kaoss-mobile, and here I am, in sunny Florida once again.

So, thats about it. I'm sure I forgot something about that night. If you were there, please share a moment that sticks out in your mind. Doesn't even have to be about me. And again, thanks for those of you who did come out, and support me. I will never forget that.

.....I am outtie. Until next time,
