Because of previous difficulties with author contact and failure to follow through, we must inform you that you are currently on the list of those not allowed to participate in any bangs we run during the 2014 calendar year. The necessity of finding pinch-hitters is a strain on the overall community of artists, most of whom want to be able to give enough thought and time to what they produce, rather than a rush job. We also don't want authors to feel abandoned by their artist, especially at the last minute. Thanks for your understanding.

You comment to the claim post (not this one) with the number you want. We'll then send you an email with the contact info for your writer. You'll see some other people's claims at the bottom of that art claims round two post.
