Blaine smiled as he walked into the small apartment he and Kurt had moved into after graduating from NYADA. Kurt was singing, it was the most beautiful sound Blaine had ever heard, always had been, always would be. He couldn't actually hear the lyrics, but the melody was just gorgeous.
As Blaine walked through the apartment towards their bedroom, Kurt's voice became clearer. It was filled with so much emotion, hope, fear, happiness, but most of all, love.
Love poured from Kurt with every word he sang. He'd never sounded better, Blaine thought; and then the words sunk in. Blaine stopped just outside the door and listened, tears pooling in his eyes.

Blaine stayed where he was until Kurt finished the song, which Blaine now recognized as Reba McEntire's You're Gonna Be.
There could only be one reason for Kurt to sing that song, one wonderful, beautiful reason.
Blaine could hear Kurt whispering now, he couldn't make out what was being said though, so he took the last few steps needed until he stood in the partially open doorway into their bedroom.
Kurt was sitting at the foot of the bed, head down, hands splayed over his flat stomach.
"You are so loved, little one. I haven't met you yet, but I already love you more than you will ever know," Kurt was saying as he caressed his midsection, "Your other daddy is going to love you, too, so much. And then there's grandpa Burt, grandma Carole, uncle Finn, auntie Rachel, they're going to flip when they find out about you. Oh, let's not forget uncle Cooper, just don't be alarmed when he starts talking really loud and pointing at stuff."
Blaine must have made a noise then, because Kurt looked up suddenly, tears streaming down his face, but when he saw Blaine standing there he smiled bigger and brighter then ever before.
"K-Kurt?" Blaine choked out, praying this wasn't a dream, that Kurt would say the words Blaine had been longing to hear for the last two years.
