Once again, you leave me with not much to go on.... Though I wouldn't mind seeing Wes and David tackling one of the jocks to the ground....

Even though Kurt was looking into NYADA, after Blaine leaves he looks into performing arts schools in California/LA so he can be closer to Blaine. He applies to said schools secretly without letting anyone know, not Rachel, not Blaine not even Burt. When he gets his acceptance letters later on in the year, he has to choose between his long-standing dream of going to NY, and going to LA to be with the love of his life.
