Title Straight in a Straight line

Rating: Pg-13, NC-17 overall
Warnings: Some violence, bullying.
Summary: Voldemort never rose to power, at least not the way we remember, and Harry Potter grew up to be a very different boy. He's sixteen and has more important things to worry about than Minister Riddle and his pure-blood laws. Like what to do with the fact that he kissed one of his best mates and liked it, and how to survive potions with Snape now that he's been paired with his arch rival. But trouble has a way of finding Harry and his two best friends, and when Blaine becomes entangled with Kurt Hummel (who really just had to be both Slytherin and halfblood) trouble finds them in spades. Suddenly two houses that never thought they'd have anything in common find themselves unlikely allies.
A/n: A wonderful friend was kind enough to give me a plot bunny of hers that was growing dust when I said I had the urge to write an HP!Glee fic. I loved her work with the first chapter so much of it is still in tact but the premise of the story veers from there. I'm all about adventure and as my username would suggest I have a great love for the dastardly fellow that is Tom Riddle. I began to wonder about a world where Tom hadn't relied so heavily on the dark arts to reach his aims. What if instead he became Minster of Magic? That's the world this takes place in, and other things have been switched up too. That's the beauty of au, so ride with it, and hopefully enjoy. As of yet this is unbeta'd if anyone (British being a plus) would like to volunteer please message me.
