No new Klaine spoilers, but some new info not Klaine-specific that may help speculation on the Klaine arc in 2x17 and 18
UNCONFIRMED Song spoilers for 2x17 from Tumblr. No Klaine, alas.
Sunshine Corazon - All By Myself (Celine Dion)
Rachel - How (Lisa Loeb)
Mercedes - Ain’t No Way (Aretha Franklin) [FUCK YES, btw]
Sandy Ryerson - One Night in Bangkok (Murray Head)
Tina - I Follow Rivers (Lykke Li)
SOURCE If these song spoilers are legit (and this source has been right before) it looks like the Warblers’ goodbye is definitely happens in 2x18 or later. Probably 2x18 since it was filmed over a week ago.
NicoleCrowther @StaceyHallman Things are very good with [Klaine]. They filmed a scene last week where the Warlbers sang goodbye to Kurt.
Warblers/Blaine singing goodbye to Kurt (MAYBE?)
Recent Ausiello spoiler: With the Warblers’ competitive season kaput, New Directions eyes an opportunity to get their old soprano back. But there’s a twist, and it involves a power play from an unexpected source within the NDs.
There was speculation that the “unexpected source” is Santanta. In this clip from a new preview, it looks like Santana takes a slushie to the face from Karofsky. Makes me even more convinced that Santana engineers Kurt’s return and that KURT is the one to deal with the Karofsky situation, head on. Plus, we may get some Klainetana bonding, which is AMAZING,
GIF source I know these are crumbs, but it’s the hiatus and we’re bored, so speculate away!
ETA: So, Season 2 seems to be all about Kurt's speech to Burt in Duets:
Holding hands with a boy? Check.
Singing a duet with a boy? Check.
Finding someone as open and courageous as him? Check.
Slow dancing with a boy at prom? Better fucking happen.
Being the only openly gay kid at McKinley? Well...
Makes me think Kurt will not be the only "openly gay kid" at McKinley for very long. Oh, and Murphy totally confirmed that
Santana is a lesbian. Again, I know not Klaine-specific, but no way Klaine aren't very involved with this plot line.
