Here are some prompts, but please do not change the pairing if you decide to use them. I would not mind if some of the Kadam prompts were made Kurtbastian, but please let me know first.
Kadam - Werewolf!Adam meets Kurt a NYADA (or could be a HS AU). They are mates, but Kurt doesn't realize it yet and is still trying to adjust to his new, single live in NYC. Would be nice if it was canon compliant, with a pinch of jealous!Adam thrown in, because he's a werewolf and all. :)
Kadam: Since Kurt didn't get into NYADA right away, he decided to take a year off from school to get more experience on his resume. Kurt broke up with Blaine back during the Whitney episode, after Blaine accuses him of cheating, which makes Kurt reevaluate their whole relationship. Kurt decides to apply to an au pair program, and heads to England to work for The Crawford family. Kurt loves England, but what he finds most interesting is the 22 year old Adam Crawford who is home after graduating from University. They start off as friends, and they develop feelings for each other. Kurt is torn about the situation, as he doesn't want to jeopardize his spot in the au pair program by becoming involved with this employer's son, especially since he will be going home to (hopefully) attend NYADA. Kadam or Kurtbastian: Soulmate fic. Kurt is dating someone else, when he finally meets his soulmate. Kadam or Kurtbastian pairing.
Kadam:: Adam is a powerful, albeit lonely vampire. He doesn't feed on humans, and he can walk in the daylight (choose however method you'd like for this, don't just make him sparkle, lol). He has worked hard to maintain his human empathy. Wanting a change, he attends NYADA to pursue a career in theater. He's an outcast, but finds solace in his Apples, who may or may not also be vampires. Adam gets into a routine at NYADA, until he meets Kurt Hummel, who changes everything and brings a new sense of passion to his life.
Kadam: Historical AU, in which Kurt is a prince, destined to marry Blaine or some other prince. Kurt wants to marry for love, but he is nearing 19, and will need to be married soon. Kurt meets Adam, a gentle knight who has joined his father's court, and things change for Kurt. Can Kurt mpreg if you want, not necessary. To spice it up, you can make this a love triangle, or have the kingdom under attack, etc, by an opposing kingdom. Magic (seers, magi, etc) could also be added. Perhaps Kurt or Adam have a special power that makes them very valuable to the enemy.
Kadam: Fic based loosely off Aladdin. Adam as Aladdin, Kurt as Jasmine, though I'd be okay if this was switched. Kurt is just a sassy, fearless, HBIC like Jasmine, so it fits to me.
Kadam: Harry Potter AU, in which Kurt is a Gryffindor, Adam is a Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw. A new adversary arises to the wizarding world (your choice as to who/what), and he has his mind set on destroying or capturing Kurt Hummel. Burt is a muggle, Elizabeth was a witch, and Kurt knows very little about her past. This adversary is linked to Elizabeth's past in some way. While fighting for his life and saving the wizarding world, Kurt becomes great friends with Adam Crawford, an upperclassman, and seeks his help to stop the enemy. Their relationship blossoms, but perhaps another Slytherin wizard has his sights on Kurt as well, which causes complications with Kadam getting together.
