9. Subliminal - Just When You Thought It Was Over
Origin: Israel
Genre: Hip Hop
Whereas DAM raps about the plight of the Palestinian people, Subliminal raps about how awesome he is. The irony of this divide is almost unbearable, but without people like Subliminal it is unlikely that we'd ever hear some of the excellent Palestinian hip hop so let's not get ahead of ourselves. Additionally, Hebrew is a super awesome language to rap in, and the west-coast bouncing cars style of beats accent it nicely with a bit of violin. Really, if tracks like "Classic and Persian" or "B'Aba Ba" don't get you bouncing, nothing on this album will.
