Celes seems like a beautiful country, although i don't think it was always covered in snow. If you watch the anime and the second season, the ending credits show each of the characters and a clip of their childhood. Fai is floating in the air with a little fox/cat-like thing (most likely if your story is correct the lovely Chii in her real form ne?) the background looks very spring-like actually. The grass is green and it's just very sunny. Maybe something happened to make it be eternally winter or something, as we know, Fai is not unfamiliar with magic. But this is just my speculation and really has nothing to do with a review for this enstallment of your epilogues
Oh and I'm wrong when i said in my one review that there wouldn't be a 13th chapter. lol I just didn't know that it was somewhere else. I found it x3

I've developed a kink for it and i haven't even heard the real language! Isn't that funny?? Maybe it's just the thought of Fai speaking it *drool/nosebleed*
it must have something to do with Daisuke Namikawa's voice. IT'S JUST SO PRETTY! I haven't heard Celesian either, of course, but I imagine it to be so pretty and musical because of Fai's voice.
all we technically know about Celes is that it was a northern country, and Fai said Jade wasn't quite as cold as Celes. it's true it might not have been cold all year round (altho Fai didn't jump in with a "oh yeah, mine too" when Kuro said he came from a country with 4 seasons ...). but I've got the idea in my head it must be snowy all the time -- cuz for goodness sake, Fai wears 3 layers of clothes *all the time*. that makes me think that for him, a freezing cold climate is the norm.
and the anime ... I don't think the anime actually had any more info than we do when they made that young-Fai springy-Celes scene ... I think they were just making things up out of nowhere, like they tend to do, lol.
