bleach_exchange opens Halloween Sign-ups!
The time has come again to kick off another Bleach fanworks exchange!! During the month of October, bleach_exchange will be sponsoring our third themed mini-exchange in preparation for Halloween (All Hallow's Eve) on October 31st. Since we have been dormant since the spring, we will be having an extra-long sign-up period this time; from September 8th (today!) to 11:59 PM EST on September 29th, to be exact!
