Aku made shitsuji desu kara.

Basics:
1. Name: Snowlily
2. Age: Twenty-five
3. Gender: Female
4. Do you have a preference for being stamped as a male or a female character? Not really.

In-Depth:
5. Your personality in general: Very calm, although my temper occasionally surfaces. I'm very much an introvert, and I seem to think about things in general more than others - sometimes so much that I have difficulty sleeping. I'm quiet, and not typically the easiest person to get to know. I am a very typical INFJ (intuitive, highly complex, secretive, perceptive) and Ennegram 4w5 (independent, unorthodox, creative, insightful).
6. Strengths:
+ Very creative, artistic, and musicial.
+ Quick at picking up new information and skills.
+ Vivid imagination.
+ Good at reading and understanding people.
+ Usually very calm and rational, even in extreme circumstances.
+ Typically very self-aware.
7. Weaknesses:
- Guarded and slow to trust.
- Often regarded as "mysterious."
- A tendency to come across as a bit cold.
- An absent-mindedness when it comes to things I'm not interested in.
- Sometimes overly sensitive or emotional, although people rarely see this.
- Often employs withdrawal as a defense mechanism, consciously or subconsciously.
8. Dreams: I dream of having a successful career in art and living near the ocean.
9. Fears: Typical things, such as failure, rejection, and losing loved ones.
10. Talents: Drawing/painting, composing music, playing instruments, writing, designing
11. Hobbies: All of the things listed as talents. Also, reading and swimming.
12. Likes: Art, music, the ocean, quiet places, books, the internet, psychology, philosophy, science
13. Dislikes: Rudeness, abusiveness, unnecessary violence, religious fanaticism

Favorites:
14. Color? Why?: Blue-green. It is a color that is both calming and rejuvenating to me; also, it reminds me of the ocean.
15. Animal? Why?: Whales (or more specifically, humpback whales). As I've already mentioned, I love the ocean, and cetaceans are among my favorite animals. I also like dolphins, but whales appeal to me more. They're graceful and sleek, and they usually seem more tranquil. Humpbacks are generally loners, and I find their song strange but beautiful.
16. Quote? Why?: I have many, but one of my very favorites is: "I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul," by William Ernest Henley. Also: "The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science," by Albert Einstein.

Both reflect my attitude torwards life in different ways. I relate to the first because - despite the fact that I do not believe in fate or souls - I agree with the general idea. I also believe in taking matters into my own hands. I don't believe in passively waiting around for or "allowing" things to happen. If I really want something, I make it happen. I also like it because I don't believe in letting anyone or anything else dictate my life.

I like the second because I feel that it is true. Without curiosity to drive us forward, without the desire to discover what is beyong our grasp, we would not accomplished most of the things that we have, as individuals and as a civilization.
17. Music? Why?: Classical, mainly. I grew up listening to classical or classical-inspired pieces, and I began playing the piano at a very young age. It's beautiful and soothing to me.
18. Season (Fall, Spring, Winter, Summer)? Why?: Each have their merits, I think. I like the cycle - by the time one season is coming to an end, I am ready for the next. But if I had to choose, perhaps winter or spring.
19. Kuroshitsuji character? Why?: Probably Ciel, with Sebastian as a close second. I like the contrast between Ciel's childishness and maturity, and I appreciate the direction that the character takes. As in, given his circumstances, he could have easily become emotional, weak, and self-pitying. Instead, he is the opposite: calm, logical, and matter-of-fact. Sebastian interests me because he is so civil and polite on the surface, even though he is much more malicious and cunning in actuality.
20. Least favorite Kuroshitsuji character? Why?: The Viscount of Druitt, probably. I get that he's supposed to be funny - but most of the time, I think he's an annoyance.

Which one? Explain each choice.
21. Mature or Immature: Mostly mature, but bouts of immaturity have been known to occur on occasion. :)
22. Leader or Follower: By nature, I'm more of a loner, but I'm adaptable. I can lead or follow, depending on what the situation calls for.
23. Optimistic or Pessimistic: Realistic, I think. I try to have a positive attitude, but not so much so that I am not facing reality.
24. Introverted or Extroverted: Introverted.
25. Free will, Fate or Neither: Neither.
26. Impulsive or Cautious: Cautious.
27. Social or Anti-Social: Somewhere in between. I need a lot more time to myself than most people, but I also need some social interaction.
28. Calm or Hyper: Calm.
29. Family or Friends: Why one or the other? But I would have to choose family, as I have a very good one.
30. Activity or Quiet: Quiet.
31. Justice or Compassion: It depends on the circumstances.

Extras:
32. Would you want to have a contract with Sebastian? No.
33. How would you react to the incompetent workers at Ciel's estate? Be honest. As characters, they are mildly amusing, but if I actually had people like them in my life - I probably wouldn't like it. They are so energetic that I would find them very draining! I'd probably try to get away from them quickly.
34. Just how mischievous are you? Hm... I can be quite mischievous, sometimes, albeit in a more subtle way.
35. Description or Picture: I'm somewhat petite at 5'1 and despite my age, people who don't know me often think that I am about ten years younger. I have fair skin; straight, shoulder-length black hair with straight bangs; and blue-green eyes. I usually wear long sleeves and/or jackets, and the clothing that I wear is usually black; white; or cool colors like blue, teal, or purple.
36. Anything else: No.
