OP pairings?
So out of curiosity, what are the most popular One Piece pairings? I don't care whether it's yaoi, yuri or het. Since i'm still slowly catching up and therefore avoiding the communities, i don't really have much of an idea about who's or what's popular with the fandom.
From the scanlated doujinshi i've seen so far, Zoro/Sanji seems to be pretty high up on the list which unfortunately is a pairing that does nothing for me. Well, i do get it on "let's take the two main characters which are closest to bishounen and pair them up" level and yes, they seem to have some kind of rival thing going on, but seriously, where's the chemistry it doesn't really help that i consider Sanji to probably be the most heterosexual and Zoro the most asexual guy in the series...?! Chopper and Ussop have better chemistry! Robin and Nami have way better chemistry! I think the problem is that there aren't many regular - in the sense of 'appearing every other chapter' - characters besides the straw hat crew, so that's why there aren't more diverse pairings? Or maybe there are and i just haven't found them, yet?!
Also, do doujinshika actually make...umm...creative use of Luffy's powers?! With whom does he get paired up regularly anyhow? There has to be at least one popular pairing featuring the main hero, right?!
