That's a quote from Bakuman, the new series by Ohba/Obata and they actually managed to top the already pretty blatant sexism of Death Note in just two chapters. Aside from the above gem we learn that girls who play dumb are more attractive (and smarter!) than girls who take pride in being smart and that marriage is a woman's true happiness...bleh, i still hope this will turn out to be irony in the end because apart from that crap the manga looks really promising, but knowing the authors i'm not holding my breath.:-/
In slightly related news: i thoroughly enjoyed ep. 1 of the Detroit Metal City OVA which is sexist, offensive, full of profanity, has crappy art... but is hilariously funny. I am tempted to check out the manga now, in spite of the crappy art.
