So, MAX is the musical guest at Anime USA. (-_-*) I know Jon still wants to go because he never cares about the musical guest. On the other hand, since I go to cons because of the musical guest, I'm a little bummed. I'm sure that they aren't bad. I can't recall the songs I've heard from them but they used to be with Namie Amuro in a group, so they got a few awesome points there. I think I liked them before. I need to go through my old computer's mp3 collection. They're a hell of a lot better than what I previously thought. I thought PLID was the only musical guest.
One month until my birthday present: Dir en grey! Hmm, that reminds me that I need to remind Jay *calls*...hee hee hee, I'm glad that he appreciated the reminder. I so wish that he was coming too. We got into a little discussion about them a couple of weeks ago. I showed him the latest PV and just as I thought, he LOVED it. I also showed him "Child Prey" since it was on Comcast On Demand. He said that Kyo needs to speak in English. I told him that he tries and showed him "Clever Sleazoid". His face was O_O, LMAO. But, he thinks that they could make it in America if they spoke English. Yeah, but the fact that they don't speak English and that their music is still great is what makes me like them and other Japanese bands. Oh, well. I'm the in the minority as usual. I can't believe Jon didn't know that we were going to Family Values. The other day, he was like, "I wish we had tickets". Wish we had...Dude, I got our pit tickets on the pre-release day. I bought someone ELSE tickets the next day. What rock does he live under?!
Laura and Mesha are going to Pittsburgh in October. I was invited to go, but the time they are going is...October 19-22. The EXACT dates of the Committee meeting. I didn't tell Laura, but if I don't have anything to do for the meeting, I'm going to Houston to see 12012. Homecoming for a school that I didn't go to vs. 12012. There's no thinking necessary. I need to check that out. I need some more j-rock in my life. Ahh, but then Mum wants to travel for her bday next month and that will deplete my fundage. As much as I would love to see Tony again, I think I'm going to have to dissuade her from New Orleans, lol.
