Once upon a time… Wait, sorry. We’re not using that line to introducing this story. Somehow its kinda lame so skip that, the story will begin now.
In author’s brain world there is a kingdom - the land of ice, Icekalia. Not lost for words, the country is located underground, where the sun will never reach it, and covered with ice. The citizens in the country hate the light and heat, so everything is made from ice. Though it’s like that people starts to call the kingdom with Ichigo. If you want to know why and how it started, blame the prince of the kingdom, Yamada Ryosuke who has a fetish towards the said fruits.
Right now the said prince was having some chats with a cute fairy from another kingdom; the fairy is prince’s childhood friends and he was about to return home to his country where was just next to Icekalia and just stopping by. They’re talking animatedly about nothing in particular at the lounge.
“It’s so cold!” the fairy whines as he put his arms around his body and started to rubbed his arms with his palms several times. It was very cold for the cute, little fairy. Because in the Fairy kingdom, though it is located underground too, his country is being illuminated by a bright light as it was a sun that was being controlled by a greatest magic from the Fairy King. The cute fairy was currently pouting his lips and just floating in the air using his flappy and shiny wings because he really can’t stand with the biting cold of the ice chair. He already sneezes for several times.
Prince Ryosuke could only let out a chuckle watching his pouting fairy-best friend floating in the sky trembling and shaking a little. “Yuri, you used to live up on the surface, right? Why wastes your energy using your wings since there’s a chair below you?” he asks only to tease the latter because he totally knew Yuri can’t stand with the coldness.
“Here, have an iced coffee,” The prince said as he stretch out a cup of iced coffee to the latter adding his teases at the little fairy who seemed to hissed angrily.
“You’re a sadist aren’t you, Ryosuke-sama.” A voice suddenly snapped Prince Ryosuke from behind and as if déjà vu, he quickly draws out his sword and turned his back try to slash this people behind him but the said people calmly avoid his attacks making the prince to felt so annoyed.
“Don’t quietly creep up behind me!” Prince Ryosuke shouted angrily as he points his swords to the said guy.
“Please forgive me,” the said guy retorted while showing his default blank expression. This quiet man is Ryosuke’s childhood friend too, and he is one of those strong knights; Okamoto Keito. He fights for Icekalia country.
“hmph,” Prince Ryosuke harshly putting back his sword.
“Oh yeah, I’ve made some noodles for Yuri-dono,” Knight Keito suddenly brings out a big bowl of noodles with… well, you know.
Yuri was about to take the noodle happily when his finger can feel the coldness on the outside surface of the bowl.
“Ohh! Dry ice noodle! ♡” Prince Ryosuke exclaimed happily when he sees that noodles who seemed to be mixed up with ice. Yeah, maybe for Icekalia people, this one is their favorites. But not for this cute little fairy who already trembles in coldness. Eating that sure will make him lost all the remaining heat he has and he can die at any seconds,
“Are both of you really want to kill me?!!” Yuri shouted totally dumbfounded with these two guys who doesn’t understand him at all. Both Prince Ryosuke and Knight Keito turned his head takes a glimpse at the little fairy before Ryosuke smirk at Knight Keito.
“Then, make sure he eats ALL OF IT ♡,” Ryosuke said teasingly makes Knight Keito said; “As you wish,” because Keito totally understand what Prince Ryosuke means. And don’t worry, he actually already prepared a real heated noodles one for little Yuri.
“I gotta go, enjoy your meals nee, Yuri? Ja ne~ ♡” Prince Ryosuke bid goodbye to Yuri and dragging his feet out.
“Wha-?! Hey!” Yuri snorted but unfortunately, Prince Ryosuke purposedly pretend like he didn’t hear it and leaving Yuri alone with Knight Keito who still hold that ‘Dry Ice Noodles’.

Actually, Knight Keito isn’t just a childhood friend for Prince Ryosuke. Knight Keito is actually in love with Prince Ryosuke and after being confessed by Knight Keito, their relationship has slowly been changing. Prince Ryosuke really loved Knight Keito too, but he love the charming knight not more than a brotherly love. Right now, they secretly have a fight for each other. Romance for the ruler of a country is so difficult, right?
Prince Ryosuke is wandering around his palace with no real destination when someone grab his waist and hugging him tight from behind,
“What’s wrong? You appear to be unwell, ‘princess’,” the guy behind him whispered right on his ear, seductively.
Prince Ryosuke was stupefied and stiffened on his place before his sense is coming back. He tried to loose the hug and turned his face facing the said guy. He fished out his sword but the guy fastly took away the sword and threw it away nowhere. “Oh my. I can’t let you turn me into ice with your sword here,” he said calmly along with his charming smile.
Ryosuke is mad because his precious ice sword is being thrown by this insane guy yet he also could feels his heart beat a bit fast after seeing that charming smile of him.
This handsome freak guy is Nakajima Yuto. The young king of the Vampires Kingdom who is trying to invades Icekalia country. Moreover, their country, where the light of the sun cannot reach, is seriously a perfect place for them.
Prince Ryosuke folded his arms and shot a stares at the taller silently demanding an answer why did he come here. The taller who seems to understand that, curving his tempting smile again only to walks closer to the prince closing the gap between their bodies.
"I came here because I was wondering about your scar, dear..." the young vampires said half-whispering and start to caressing the shorter's creamy neck. He roams his hand around the shorter neck searching for the scar of his doings to the shorter - the scar of being bite.
"... But it look like it's dissappeared already... Has that damn knight healed it for you?" vampire Yuto said in annoyance,
"It's none of your business, fiend!" Prince Ryosuke turned his head away from the taller, try so hard to control his heartbeat.
"So, is it because of him that makes you worried before?" the young vampire now gritted his teeth as he can feel jealousy is lingering up to his entire body.
"What if I was?"
Ryosuke was about to leave the tall vampire when the said vampire grasp his hand and turned his body around only to see the cold reaction of the taller but somehow Ryosuke can saw a pain behind that expression.
The tall vampire closing their distance again and it afraids the shorter.
He's going to bite me again! Prince Ryosuke scaredly screams in his mind. He shuts his eyes tight try to get ready for the pain while try so hard to stabilize his heartbeats.
But, Prince Ryosuke is wrong. It was not a bite, but a pure kiss.
It was at the cheeks at first, but vampire Yuto seems like doesn't satisfied with just one kiss so he lowered his lips slowly until it captures prince Ryosuke's plump lips. It was just an innocent kiss but it last for who know how long, and he draws back after give a peck at the shorter's forehead. They stared for each other for a long time totally sank in their own world before a voice snapped them back to reality,
"Villian!" some of the bodyguards shouted.
"I better take my leave now, then. See you later, 'princess'." he said and winked at the prince then vanished in a puff of smoke.
It's weird.
I'm susceptible to this man's advances.
Why did he simply kiss me...?
And why did I never can hold back?
Yea, it's weird. Yamada Ryosuke is a prince that has a heart of ice and had not felt love or lust before... Seems to starts be melting over that vampire. He hates the fact that he started to love the warm and heat sensation that he felt when Yuto is with him, it feels damnly comfortable. He must know he is a prince of ice which hates warm and heat, that's why he really hates with that point even he know his heart is completely feel opposite.
But if his heart melts over him completely...
what will happen to him?
