Actually was a good season
I have been a bit busy and have had some personal issues this week so I haven't been able to update my journal. I just wanted to say that I am so sad because I had to say goodbye to a lot of anime series. I think this winter season was awesome and I was happy that I could actually keep up with quite a few series. So saying goodbye to
Inu x Boku SS (Miketsukami!!! I love you!!!)
Brave 10 (Best enseble cast of weirdos, best one liners, best action and Ono Daisuke!)
Chihayafuru (Karuta, who knew?)
Beelzebub (Naked baby+shenanigans= 60 episodes of hilarity)
Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou (this series was fun and funny)
Another (Good plot, crazy ending, total suspense and one of the best horror anime I've ever seen)
I offer no screencaps because I don't want to say goodbye like this (and I didn't have much time this week >_< )
I would add Bleach to this list but I have not finished watching it.
There are a few anime I am looking forward to this season, but I think I will try to finish a few that I put on hold.
I also wanted to mention, in a previous post I had said that I had purchased two blind boxes of the Sekai Ichi Hatskoi mini posters. I received them the other day and I was praying for at least one box with Yukina in it. To my surprise and delight not only did I receive a KisaxYukina poster, but also one of each other couple as well as a Ritsu(solo). Not sure if it was pure luck or if the fine folks at akadot intentionally made sure I got one of each couple. This is all assuming that if they were blind, then I might end up with duplicates.
Today's parting shot is TINKLE
As usual I was browsing the magazine shelf at the Japanese bookstore when I saw a copy of
Asuka Ciel and it contained this which at first i thought was a keychain but actually has a small mirror
inside. so cute!
