Hellooo? *echo...echo..* i wonder if i am on anyones 'interesting to read list'.
ah well lets see.
i am over here à paris and it is pretty damn fucking sweet. i should come up with some reasons for that statment..but there is a lot of little things about here that make a big difference, and a bunch of big things, too, but i dont know all that much about the government yet so i cant preach very much.
There is a lot of beautiful things to look at everywhere..random art and aesthetically pleasing, functional city stuff. a crap load of recycling, sick ass get-you-anywhere-fast metro system (havent used the bus)..school is alot easier to get into, but has more challenging and demanding school work.
i saw a protest today on the street under the appt, because france is doing mean stuff to certain imagrants, like sending them back for their lack of 'papers'..but no place is perfect, ofcourse.
the cival/social rights are pretty much like the US ones, but better. It doesnt have that 'people acting fake everywhere' thing i used to notice in the US. ofcourse..that is anywhere, to some extent. i could describe much more, but it would take too long and i dont think anyone would enjoy it much.
i like it a lot..but i am still a newbie..i have to get my own papers(which is easy for americans) and perfect my french.
but it really is awesome. much better then i imagined, and a little worst then i imagined in a few ways. but no biggie. nothing about it is worst then miami. so far, ofcourse.
sorry for showing off..i am just really happy and want to express it to my peeps..which i guess is anyone that cares. (i know its hard to care about something like this...but i never know who might)
