Had to share
Ok, my mother sent me this and I simply had to post it. We're looking for a car and she found this listing on craigslist:
"UGLY VAN - $750 (Sullivan Co.)
This is, without a doubt, an ugly freaking van. It is a Chevy G20 6 cyl. with 159,000. I have nicknamed her, at various times, Ol’ Rusty, Bouncing Betty, and #@$%@*&!! Anyone with any self-respect wouldn’t be caught dead in a heap like this. It has cancerous rot along the underside of the driver’s door. Even the birds won’t shit on it anymore; they’re too embarrassed to be seen with it. Great for a poor contractor or a bunch of derelicts to smoke crack in.
It does, however run pretty well. It has 80%+ rubber left and a new battery put in last week. Brakes are good, shifts smoothly, but could probably stand a tune up.
It has ladder racks, and God bless it, has never let me down, except of course when I am spotted by my white trash neighbors, who laugh at me and throw empty bottles of Mad Dog at me as I pass by.
You too can be the butt of jokes by your neighbors and coworkers alike by buying this van.
I’d take a picture of it, but I’m afraid it would crack the camera lens, being so ugly and all. Call me at 845 434 1815 if you would like to be the next embarrassed owner of this beast, or if you’d just like to join the rest of the world and humiliate me further."
