I'm not a Bleach fan...but this is seriously something that has to stop...it's the same in plastic arts and music and whatnot...there is always someone who thinks he/she is very clever for 'being inspired' by someone else's work...they may think that person is not well known and nobody will find out but seriously people, in this day and age everything reaches everywhere so don't try to be play 'smart'...even if you pick a small fandom...
This guy couldn't be more retarded...Bleach is like...so huge right now, maybe when he started doing his comic he thought the fandom would not grow or something like that... and not only Bleach but Hellsing and it seems a bit of One Piece too...WTF!
Ah yeah btw...he's Gene Simmons' son...yeah...that Gene Simmons from KISS...so let's not get him get away with stolen art just because he's the son of a famous man ok?
I'm pissed for both the art stealing and the fact that it's being overlooked just because he's famous...this may not be too related but some years ago Kazusa Takashima, a yaoi mangaka I love, stopped publishing her works for a long time because when she denounced mangaka Kayono for plagiarism she lost the case...because Kayono is more famous and is the daughter of famous mangakas!!!
People with talent most of the time struggle so much to get known, some are never given the oportunity to break through and get big, and because they truly love what they do they start from zero, giving away their work, slowly building a fanbase even if it stays small...but then comes a random person with famous/powerful relatives or friends and they are suddenly everywhere even if their so called art is crap, or simply generic...
It's not fair.
