Progress! ^_^

Yes I know, I've been a tad bit lazy on my updates. XD So here's the scoop. Progress is being made on my shaping up. Nothing drastic, but my legs are getting a bit more definition... mainly my calf muscles. hehe, all that cycling. =P and my upper body and core are somewhat getting there. Its a bit slow, but I actually prefer it this way. I don't want too much excess skin hanging from fast fat loss. XD I know I said I hate scales, but I got curious.... I've actually lost some 12 lbs. not bad... but my ultimate goal is not weight related, I simply want to be in a better shape. call it sculpting my body. ^_^ I guess you could say I'd like to replace some of my fat for some muscle. XD No I don't want to be a body builder... I just want a toned body. ^_^ It'd be creepy for me to be more muscular than a guy.
