[Is Manjoume's Sphere on by accident, or did he turn it on on purpose? Probably the former. Either way, it's hovering a few feet behind him, in such a way that it's able to spy on what he's doing without being annoying enough that he would decide to swat it away.
What is he doing? Oh, nothing in particular. He's sitting on his bed in his room at the moment, facing the door (because he'd rather not be caught unawares if a monster decides to come in), sorting his cards out into not-very-tidy piles of cards with brown backgrounds, cards with green backgrounds, and cards with purple backgrounds. After that, he intends to take each of those piles and start sorting them in various other ways which probably have some sense to them, even if it doesn't look very much like that from the outside.
Why is he doing this? Oh, mostly stress relief and boredom, really. All of this business of ranger suits and compulsions and monsters and stuff is kind of getting to him, after all.]
