Haram is amazing (ex-City of Caterpillar, enough said). Does anyone remember seeing them live at a Take the Mic show? It was in Fall 05.
Stereolab is beautiful, as is Palace Music, though in a completely different way. Olivia Tremor Control is mind-blowing.
