I am currently watching Sex In The City and they came to the topic of asking if women just want to be rescued. It makes me think if that is really what we want? If so what do we want to be rescued from? Reality? Loneliness? Life? Not too long ago did we use men for a house, family, and money. So I guess then they rescued us from the streets? But now we are all independent women who go to college to get great jobs, and becoming lawyers and doctors. So what are we being rescued from now? Do we only use guys to have someone hold our hands when we are lonely, for those lonely nights and to kill rodents and insects when we are too grossed out. To continue the species. Are we just using men?
