Hong Kong's toilet restaurant: Modern Toilet
Hai gaiz.
Sooo, here is my loooong overdue toilet restaurant post. What happened was that I visited the restaurant, Modern Toilet, with Shu-kun at Mong Kok, Hong Kong. :DDD
August 15th, Saturday...
Upon arriving at the front door, the restaurant signs already looked amusing.
Entering the restaurant, you see a many amusing things, such as plunger/poop lights, bathroom pipes and lit urinals on the walls.
Then there were those colorful toilet lids and toilet bowl decorations...
When Shu and I were led to our seats, even the table amused us. It was a sink covered by a piece of glass... And our seats were literally toilets. XD XD On the side of the table, there was a sign that said, "Please do not use the toilets"... Well, no shit; there was no water in the toilets and no way to flush. ;D XD XD
The menu was hilarious, too. Food apparently came in wash basins, Chinese shitholes, bathtubs, toilets, etc... Brownies sitting in a shithole look like........ ._.
Thank goodness nobody ordered the curry chicken... BUT if I ever end up there again, I'm gonna get it! For the lulz. >8D XD
We learned that all drinks come in urinals... So did Shu's coffee, much to his utter dismay. XD XD XD;;;;
My kimchee ramen came in an Asian bathtub, so it looked very normal... The next table, however, ordered beef stew. 8D XD
Luckily, Shu and I didn't order the slush dessert, 'cause it was monstrously big. The size of a mini laptop! O_o;; Meanwhile, my chocolate ice cream sat in a shithole and looked hilarious. XD XD
And then it started melting and looked even worse! XD;;;;;;;;;
After eating, we walked around and saw other tables... Tables for more than two people had bathtubs! :D And then we spotted the shit plushie... With flies. XD
There were other decorations and merchandise, too. :3 All poop-related. ;3
And so ended our toilet restaurant excursion.
I WANT TO TAKE ALL OF MY FRIENDS THERE. ESPECIALLY GADD. 8D 8D 8D We should like go to HK for a day, just for the toilet restaurant and then hop over to Japan, someday... *_*
