Back from AN x Time blur x Amusing convos
Holy shat. I am back. From Anime North. *falls over and dies* Somehow, I'm really sore and tired. XD XD;;;;;
To be honest, Anime North felt like a blur(...). ._.,,,,, It wasn't as eventful as the previous con experiences, but it was still fun... A bit boring, but still had its highlights... Full of ups and downs. :P
After I unpack and go through the shit-ton of photos that I took, I will post a more detailed recap(make that multiple posts, 'cause you KNOW I'll be rambling and posting pics) later.
Btw. I broke my glasses yesterday. The screw popped out of its hinges. ._. I'm so glad that I'm not blind without my glasses. =A=;;;
Work today... Was also a blur(...........). .____. WTF is going on?! It seriously felt like time flew! It was 3 PM and I started tutoring... And before I knew it, it was already 5 PM... Now it's 8 PM and I've long finished tutoring. O_o;;; I might chalk all this time-blurring weirdness to being burnt out from exams. It's a viable explanation, since I DID have my last exam on the Thursday morning of Anime North(so all-nighters+studying = lack of sleep and brain power)... And then followed by crazy sweatshop style all-nighter sewing at the hotel... And then there was all that walking around during the convention... Aaaa. I'm still so tired, despite having slept a lot, last night. orz|||||||
Anyway. Some amusing tutoring conversations happened today. XP
Suri: How come we're still doing this?! We're going so slow! We don't have much time left!
Kuro: ...........We're going slow and it's your fault- Stop talking and do your work. You talk too much!
Suri: ......Yeah, you're right. :\ *proceeds to do work*
Reku: So can I drop the 'ir' on 'devoir' and conjugate it like any 'ir' verb?
Kuro: NO. 'Devoir' is an irregular verb.
Reku: ...What about 'voir'?
Kuro: Irregular.
