So yesterday, I had a shitty morning. But you know, as they all say, days don't have to be labeled as 'shitty' even if they start out like that- You can always go change it by doing things that please you. So I did. :) Since the GADD meeting was canceled anyway, I went out and did some Downtown-ing. *laughs* It always makes me happy and it hasn't failed me yet~ ;D

Yesterday was an awesome day. My first stop was Queen's Station's Eaton's Center, where I made a beeline for Indigo to see if they had Kaze Hikaru volumes 10 and 11... As I'd half-expected, they didn't. Either they did and someone took/bought them already, or they're losers and still don't have them. D: But whatever. I walked around Eaton's, since I saw that many clothes stores had sales events going on... But I didn't see anything that I wanted or needed. I mean, come on! I was aiming for ten bucks flat, or preferably under... I was never going to find anything that cheap and like it at the same time, at Eaton's. Sure, there were under five bucks sales, but those outfits were not my style. *laughs* So I left Eaton's and walked along Queen's Street towards Spadina.

Ah, before I left Eaton's, I ran into a junior high school friend of mine! I ran into Fon-chan!  I've known her from Gr. 6-9 and haven't seen her since Gr. 9... Which is roughly six years ago. OMG. It was interesting how we saw each other and a second later, we just gravitated towards each other and chatted like we'd only been apart for a year(...). >.>;; She hasn't changed much~ Still the same, cheerful, Fon-chan. X3 Aaaa...! I should've asked for her cell number!!! I forgot! O_o;; Maa, I could just Facebook her if anything, I guess... And it's not like I'll call her anyway, since I'm not a phone person. ^^;;;;; Ufu~ It's nice to see old friends again. Makes me want to arrange a little B&B/ACCI reunion just for the hell of it. I haven't seen Resu-chan, Mari-chan, Ori-chan, Reta-chan and others in freakin' forever. I wonder how they're doing. I want to see Ria-sensei again, so I can harass him like back in elementary school. I'm KIDDING.  I wonder how he's doing, too.
Nn. Speaking of seeing old friends, Friday 19th, I'm seeing yet another old friend whom I knew from elementary school as well, for her birthday party. Interesting how I only knew her through Saturday math classes back then, and then I only saw her here and there during high school extra classes... It makes me wonder how the hell I keep in touch with these people... Or rather, I don't really know how I can talk to people I haven't seen in forever like we'd seen each other last year... It's definitely a blessing with no awkward moments. X3

Anyway. Back to the recap of yesterday's outing. I made a stop at Silver Snail on my way to Spadina, to see if they had any manga on discount... Nooope. They didn't even have my Kaze Hikaru. ;_; WHY are those volumes so hard to find?! I saw them out before! WHYYYY?!?!?
*coughs* Um, anyway. When I got to Spadina, I headed North towards Chinatown... Kufufufu. I am verrrry happy from my little shopping excursion in Chinatown~ My wallet bled, but not as much as before. I got that baggy, long-sleeved shirt that I needed for the Lulim uniform(it's not cream colored like I'd wanted, but whitish beige works too) for $3.40, and I got the wheat-colored sweater for ten bucks(no tax). It's not woolly, but it works for me~ All hail Chinatown! XD XD I found out that I didn't have any black knee-high stockings that Chikaru wears, so I bought that, too(it was expensive, since they were from Clic Klak, but I trust that store's stuff 'cause the material is usually good).
*coughs* So yeah. I have all that I need for my costume now. :) Btw, the salesgirl at the place that sold me the white/beige shirt was really cute, in a Touya Akira kind of way~ v I love how she asked me if I'd only wanted one shirt in Mandarin, I asked her if she spoke Canto in Cantonese and then she stuttered out in English that she didn't speak Canto... Ahahahaha. So cute. So we spoke in English instead. XP

After the tiring day of walking all over the place, I got home, had dinner with R-chan and watched episodes 3-5 of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei with him. And so ended my day. :)

*****************************************************************************************************

I've never pegged myself as a social butterfly- 'cause I'm really not, but it's beyond me as to how the hell I ended up with so many social groups. In no particular order...
1) B&B/ACCI group(elementary school, Gr. 6-9): Mari-chan, Resu-chan, Ori-chan, etc... Not sure if I should include my awesome Fuara-chan in there, since she's technically part of that group, though she doesn't interact much with Resu-tachi... *shrugs*
2) Japanese class group(night school every Tuesday during high school): Pat-niichan, Suri-kun, Kira-chan, etc
3) MMHS mini FOB group(high school, Gr. 10-12): J-chan, Yuu-chan, etc...
4) MMHS preppy/FOB group(high school, Gr. 10-12): Phi-chan, Kara-chan, Kasa-chan, etc... (Why yes, the FOBs and preppy FOBs don't mix for some reason.)
5) GADD(university anime/drama club): Chiya-chan, Rora-chan, Jera-chan, etc...
6) Anime-loving family: Ayu-chan, OCAD Ami-chan, Bubba-kun, etc...
7) MMHS Go club(high school, Gr. 10-12): Shu-kun, Ry-kun, Matt-kun, etc...
So far, these are some of the groups that I can think off the top of my head, but I think I'm forgetting a few(...I'm sooo sorry- I still love you guys even if I didn't remember you right away). Then there are those individuals that I hang with just for the hell of it because they don't really belong to any of the above groups. Dai-chan and I are very close, and we sometimes see Shu-tachi, but we often just hang by ourselves. Fuara-chan and I are close, too. And though she knows Resu-tachi, we usually just hang by ourselves. Then there's also Neko-kun, who's technically also part of the B&B/ACCI crew, but he doesn't hang with Resu-tachi either, so we just go out by ourselves.
...*whispers* And so, my parents get mildly annoyed at me because every time a holiday hits, I'm always going out with groups of friends because I like to keep in touch with everyone(...). *coughs* ._.,,,,

that guy, friends, outings, self
