Intervention: A Photostory
LJ has now become but a place to post my longer photostories.
Which means I'll only appear a few times a year. XD
To anyone who reads this, thank you. ♥ It means a lot.

And with that we've finally given a proper welcome to Yuki! I posted about his arrival and a bit of backstory last April, but never got to post how he fits into the crew in the present time. I couldn't have him still be in high school like he was in the original story, so I made him older. :)
This photostory also has a more personal meaning for me.
This year I made one of the biggest choices in my life--to go on the Cohen Lifestyle program, a program that gives you an eating plan which dictates everything you can eat, in specific quantities at specific time intervals. I love food. And all my life I was irresponsible about eating. I ate everything I wanted, as much as I wanted. And I eventually started feeling it taking its toll on my body.
I was then hit with the very real realization that my body was holding me back from living my life the way I really want to. And this pushed me to choose my health over my excessive love for food.
Yuki is a bit of a symbol of that change in my life. :) So I can look at him and remember why I'm doing this, especially when it gets extra tough. It's tough, but I know it'll be worth it when I can finally do all the things that I had to hold back on before.
ANYWAY. That got quite emotional. XD Thank you so much for reading this far if you did. :)
