Summer melts my sandcastles--Is everything made of sand?

On the freeway I saw a truck with the following "taped" in big, bold red letters:
KIDS STAY IN SCHOOL. DONT BECOME A FAT LAZY STINKY DRIVER LIKE ME.
That was interesting.

Driving to Arcadia we passed a lot of fancy houses. One had a 8-9ft Christmas tree sitting on its lawn, all dressed up and ready for festivities.

This was all yesterday. Today I'm happy(!) because I had good coffee, and I rented Lee Jun Ki's Fly, Daddy, Fly! XDDD Muaha...I love how they have all asian movies at the rental store a few blocks down...

For a while there, I thought maybe I have an inferiority complex(!) because I had dinner with my uncle's friend's daughter and her boyfriend. They're much older than I am and they met me to give me advice on transfering, etc. I just couldn't feel at ease even though they're both nice (religious) and accomplished (the bf is a vice principal). My my...I need academic confidence. Friday I was so tense because of the head of International Students at CSULA, who kept asking me for my TOEFL results. -.-;; The hell...

Time to go to Long Beach <3
