Interesting...
So, I watched Alien Resurrection last night, again. By far my favorite in the Alien movies.
But I never realized that Joss Whedon wrote the script! No wonder I freaking love it! Plus, the director was French which is where I think the added level of connection came in.
Watching it again and knowing who wrote it actually made it even more fun. Being familiar with some of his other stuff, so much more of this movie makes sense and is even more entertaining.
Now here's the thing I've always wondered, which is gonna sound odd because I really don't get off on this, but has anyone actually written Ripley/Alien fics? Did a search on ff.net and aff.net and found nothing in that pairing. It's just, after watching the 4th movie, I always end up thinking "Someone has to have written that..." because how could they not?
Anyway, that's my randomness for today...
