I honestly... haven't paid attention to this story so much, and wasn't so much talking about this article in particular. I admit, I was bored, I skimmed. I also found it rather ridiculous. I do agree that this particular study is rather - really, really actually - sketchy, but there are others that aren't. Basically, this doesn't influence me, or piss me off; it is what it is, and I'm not stupid enough to fall for it.

Also, I agree, we need to conserve and recycle, and honestly, it's not so much a blame game for me. Guess what? The damage is done. The only reason I care about knowing why is because without knowing that, there's less you can do to fix it. That is, the more we concretely and scientifically know - this survey excluded from that 'concretely' as it was skewed - the more we can do to help fix the problem.

I'm sure a lot of people buy into that article and what it's saying, but... it seems like the people who responded aren't. Kudos for them.

And hmmm. Must do more research. Apparently, I'm not up to date, since science tends to bore me. GW is called a dying myth a lot, so I'll look into it, eventually at least. Honestly? Science bores me, so I look at a lot of the big stories, and don't keep on top of... a lot of little stuff -_- Maybe I shouldn't have opened my mouth just yet. Ooops.
