Ok so I started taking an American Kenpo class... Yes my fat ass actually signed up for physical activity. At first it was just embarrassing, not being able to breath after a few exercises and dripping sweat like I was a faucet on full go. Now it’s just the sweat thing so that is good. Then the soreness set in.. the waking up the next day and being a little stiff and going huh I guess I worked that out good. Then the second day waking up and WOW that muscle just needed time to ramp up to hurt. So that is always nice. But I have noticed that my face is a lot thinner and my pants and shirts are getting a bit baggier on me, so it is all going in the right direction. Have not lost much weight yet as I think that it is converting from fat to a bit of muscle. As long as I am getting smaller its fine. On the bright side I am actually enjoying the activity and having a lot of fun. Learning a lot of new stuff and trying to fix body mechanics that have years of muscle memory in just doing stuff the easy way.
