Hospitals attract the most interesting people. I personally favor the hypochondriacs.
Philadelphia has a lot of cool things. The history there is amazing. ButAlso remember though that it is one of the most dangerous places in the US. Temple University tells its students if they have to walk at night to walk in groups of at least ten, stay off of the sidewalks and walk in the middle of the street where there is light. Personally I felt a lot safer in NYC than Philly.
