Details from that last post
Saying hello to jet-lag is going to make me update that very last blog from Japan that I wrote.
Hm, what all did I do, this might be a bit scattered.
Saturday July 24th was the exchange students going away party for karate. It was amusing but, well it was sad too because it was the last time that all of us were together. As per usual, everyone got crazy and the guys got drunk. As soon as we parted at the subway, I started to cling to Fran and whine about how sad I was. I was so sad, I can't even explain it- I was going to see all these people again over the course of the week but I was devastated. I was hanging on his arm, asking him how he dealt with this every. single. time. He said that you just get used to it- it's sad every time but you know it's coming sooner or later...
Sunday was the FREAKIN' KAT TUN CONCERT! (Went with Naoko, Chrys and Nhu) I... was in shock that I was actually going, I think. I kept thinking that it was the next week. ...I just have to say a few things.
1. Akanishi Jin not being there is great- for Koki. He took over most of Jin's parts and even though Kat Tun cannot harmonize as nicely without him (of course not, they're not used to it yet) Koki did a pretty damn good job.
2. Nakamaru is an awesome beat boxer. And adorable. And I love him.
3. yappari, Johnny's concerts are awesome
I expect to go to more.
Monday brought on finals... sadly. They were hard, really hard.
Tuesday was International Relations final and FIREWORKS.
Aya (Takumi's friend) learned how to put on a yukata just to help us put them on. It was so sweet of her! The fireworks were fun and beautiful. But, as expected weird things happened then too.
So, as we all know Clark is a silly, silly boy. He came along with us but he got left behind with Aya soon after we got there. Takeda, me, Chrys, Basti, Naoko and Emily went to get food. Omura and Takumi went to find Takumi's friend Yuko. So, Clark was with Aya. He had just met her by the way, this makes things even more ridiculous. I don't know how they started to talk about this, but after the fireworks show, Takeda, Aya and I got separated from everyone else. She was explaining this to us, so I don't know accurate I am on the slight details but what happened was this:
Clark told Aya that he really admires Omura (I KNEW IT) maybe even he likes him (I KNEW IT.) His reasons were something like Omura dresses nicely- stylish even. There was something else but I can't remember now- but he said that Omura's underwear was cute. -_-;; I mean, I knew this already, I could totally tell but for him to tell Aya all this on the first meeting is weird, right? So, when she finished Takeda said "I had no idea! I thought that he liked Nishi." apparently Clark kissed Nishi? I don't know, whatever. Anyways, I was shocked that Takeda didn't know. How could he NOT know? I KNEW, I have KNOWN FOREVER. -_-;;; When I said that, he tried to defend himself by saying that he thought Chrys liked Makoto or Ou... which I denied for her because ...well... I did, and she would have wanted me to so... Then after that he went on saying hm, who is it that Korin likes? That boy is such an idiot, I swear to God. I just said that it was a secret, as was Chrys's and then he stopped on us and went to Bastian. Since Bastian doesn't like Asian men that went no where. Haha.
I had a paper due in Japanese Women's History that I hadn't started by the time we got back from Fireworks. I just expected to stay up all night doing it, and since I didn't have any finals on Wednesday it worked out okay. I finished it by 3am which wasn't bad. I turned it in online and then went to bed. It was supposed to be turned in by 10am, but so many people didn't turn it in, and that made the professor extend the deadline... ._.
Thursday I had Japanese Fiction final. I felt that it was so much easier than the final it was amazing. After, we hung out with Emily Wells and then went to karaoke with Takumi, Omura and Yusuke. It was so amusing- Takumi and Yusuke sang A. Ra. Shi. for me. SOOOO funny. <3
Friday I was done. We did a final karaoke with George and Emily Wells, Chrys spent the night, we watched a movie and stayed up until 2:30, I didn't sleep until 3:30 and then we woke up at 5:30 to say goodbye to Naoko who was leaving that day. I hated life- we got four hours of sleep maximum and then Chrys and I went to the zoo that day with Aya, Yuko and Takeda. Takumi was supposed to come too, but he came super late because he overslept.
That was also the last karate practice for me, Chrys and Basitan... which was also sad. :( I had a stomach ache off and on all day because of it- I was so sad...
After that, we went to dinner, me, Chrys, Makoto, Ou and Bastian. I hardly ate.
Then, when those stupid guys finished their weight lifting we went to an izakaya and they drank... got really drunk, those guys did. I got information from almost everyone to keep in touch so that makes things better. :D
Sunday was Emily's last day, and the day I moved out of the dorm. I took Emily to the airport bus, and then went home and finished getting ready to leave. Then, after I left I met up with Ai-chan in Harajuku and then from there went to her host family's house. Her host family is great. :D
Monday... I went to the airport and met with Chrys. Thank god I was with Chrys or else it would have been so much harder. Both of our flight were delayed...
I slept on the plane this time :D I also sat next to nice, cute Japanese boy who was going to Seattle for business classes and to see his girlfriend. He is the first Japanese boy I have met who has an American girlfriend. :P
That's all for now. I have to move on. But, I plan on being in Japan next year, it's going to happen. I promised.
