Okay so basically I found the soundtrack to the 2003 Peter Pan movie that I so hard-core love and while listening to said music I got inspired to write!
...a Merlin fanfic. xD Not quite sure how that happened, but I just got this image of kid!Arthur meeting kid!Merlin and everything just kinda spiraled from there.
It took me a shit load of research, four months and skipping dance classes tonight to do it, but I finally finished it, all 5,668 (unedited) words of it!
AND IT FEELS GREAT!
I want to go stand on top of a very tell building and roar very loud. It could be because I just finished writing about dragons, or it could just be because I'm weird like that. Either way I am so super proud of myself and I feel so accomplished. I've never written anything as long as this baby is, and it shall forever hold a special place in my heart because of that.
Expect it up within the next couple of weeks. It has to go through i_am_krazy for beta reading (and possibly aeternitasbeach if you want to and you're willing to not judge the crap that just spewed from my mouth until after I've edited the edits lol) and I usually go over it after it's been edited and change things; either the way something is worded or taking away extra crap that I don't need.
In other news, I ROCK!!!!!!!!
