Owwie...
Got my flu shot today...I was bummed that they wouldn't let me take the FluMist - I did it 2 years running. =( But I was fortunate enough to have a really good nurse...I barely felt the shot! I was really surprised. She just said a loud, "Ahhh!!!" unexpectedly, then I found myself going, "Ahhh?" and before I knew it, she was putting a band-aid on my arm. It started acting up while I was on the road, but I'm good now. It just hurts when I poke it. At least I'm good for another 364 days. (I hate needles.)
Yesterday I got lost! Both on the way to work and on the way back! I ended up in Union City in the morning and San Jose in the afternoon. My work goal location was: Fremont. I've held out as long as I could, but I'm thinking this Black Friday/Christmas season I should start looking for a GPS system. Any suggestions?
Can't wait to watch the Shukudai-kun I'm dl right now. I saw the screencaps. Ohno sitting next to Inoue? How odd. I've always wondered how they would interact.
Opened my home mailbox for the first time. Its weird not having a mail slot at your home. Over here, all of the mail is delivered to one mailbox centrally located, and you use your key to open your slot. So mail is not delivered to your home, but to the local mailbox. Its like an apartment mailbox. There is also a slot to drop mail you want to send out.
I think I'll update this thing more often with the mundane things in my world. After all, what may be mundane to you, may be quite interesting to me...and vice versa.
Halloween is around the corner! Yay! Yay!
