So Ashley and I set up the contract for our first apartment today. It's in Oregon City (actually a very quaint little town) and is about 10 minutes away from where we live now. This will be kind of like my first real "place," so that's exciting. I may not have internet for the first few days in March, but I think Ashley's going to get it set up soon.
The place is above a little cafe, it's got 2 bedrooms and a claw-foot bathtub (which I've never used before) and looks like it'll be pretty quiet considering the other apartments on the floor are spaced pretty far away from ours. We have the keys and everything, so we'll probably start moving our stuff in on Sunday or Monday. Hooray for responsibility!
