I never ran into any glitches. But I did accidentally shoot my horse in the head and fall down a ravine. :[

I had one glitch where essentially John Marston's shadow was the mountain's. I kept wondering why, in the distance, the edge of the shadow seemed to move whenever I did. Scary at first, then just annoying. "Fortunately", the game froze later on and when I restarted it was gone. I guess this is pretty bad when I've only played about three hours, but I still love the game!
