Hee, I didn't see that coming. *g* Also, I do agree that Duck would have as little as possible to do with the internet.

Sorry for the stealth!crossover. I didn't want to ruin the punchline with a label up top. :) Thanks for reading!

I love Duck the Luddite, the sense of relationship that spills over from the rest of the stories, and the way I was :DDD by that surprise closer to the end. \doppelgangers/

Hee, Duck the Luddite. :) I was convinced Fraser completely gave himself away with the hat tip, so I'm glad you were surprised. Thanks for reading! :)

Ha!! You totally got me; I never saw that coming. I has to reread immediately to look for clues. Very clever use of "Hey, Buddy". =D

I like how taking away Duck's smokes makes him more Ray-like, and making Fraser late for a plane makes him more Buddy-like. :D And yes, Buddy has a very convenient name for propagating confusion. ;) Thanks!

Oh no! I know it's a short goofy thing and you're probably not inclined to write a sequel, but I am very concerned about what happens next.

I imagine that Ray is going to have Many Things to say to Fraser.
"I can't believe you thought someone else was me."
"The resemblance was remarkable."
"He's Canadian."
"I don't understand why that's relevant."
"And he was wearing a cowboy hat."
"Er. You did mention you were going to the gift shop."
"Because I must've figured, nothing says 'Canada' like a cowboy hat?"
"Actually, much of western Canada was settled by--"
"Fraser!"
"Ah, yes. Understood."

And Duck will have to learn to use his cell phone. :)

you know, this dialogue is so picture perfect I'd say it's high time for you to write another ds fic ;)

It's not exactly that I don't write them. I just have trouble finishing them... :) And I do feel less comfortable with the characters since there's so much material, much of which I last watched around a decade ago. o_O

XD OMG, I'm still choking on my laughter. This is hilarious, I really hadn't expected it. The Canadian Shack challenge is definitely good for inspiration. My first thought was of Cylons and other doppelgangers ;) (also inspired by ride_4ever's idea for the Canadian Shack challenge).
Great piece and a brilliant addition to my rather humorous Easter mood :D

Ah, those crazy cylons. Sorry, nothing but Mounties and cops (and a confused and nicotine-deprived painter) here. Glad you enjoyed!

Lol nothing but is the understatement of the year :D I'd say this combination is more than enough... although... come to think of it, I wouldn't say 'no' to one particular Cylon either ^^ But I think the capacity for mistaken identities has already been stretched to breaking point XD
