I like that Duck and Buddy are growing closer as friends, close enough the Duck can share one of his darker secrets. I also love that Dan proposed!!! I had to smile at the tease about Duck being the girl. That's so Buddy.

*G, Although Duck is The Man with the muscles and the truck and the cigarettes, I picture him as letting Dan call most of the shots in their relationship. Despite his stalkerish tendencies, face-to-face with Dan, he's very gentle and careful. :) Also, the Duck in this story is probably leery of being that pushy guy who ruins things.
