halftime report
Day 1 is over. Over! After 8 weeks, I'm halfway done!
I hope I did ok. There were NO COMMERCIAL PAPER OR SECURED TRANSACTIONS QUESTIONS THANK YOU J33ZIS. But somehow TWO questions on merging sentences, which is the one thing in Criminal Law that no one would ever expect to be on the bar exam (all the practice stuff is substantive crimes and Double Jeopardy). WTF?!? I bullshitted - "blah blah same facts for same elements blah blah " - and so I hope my grace under fire wins me a half point or two.
Today is the MBE, the multiple choice round where I have to answer 200 questions on 6 different areas of law (and many many more sub-topics), scattered randomly, with about 1.5 minutes per question. All day long. And then: FREEDOM!!!
