- Only 3 federal cases before the 5th Circuit in 30 years, and lost all 3.
- Her law firm is anti-union, and she personally worked with Microsoft to push defective software on consumers.
- She's been an instrumental part of the thus-far unsuccessful (thank heavens) effort to shift the ABA to an anti-choice stance.
