I love Trader Joe's too. I brought nearly a whole suitcase full on their stuff home from Las Vegas last month. We don't have a store in Spokane yet and they don't ship, so I stock up when in LV or Seattle.
One of my favorites is their basil pesto, it comes in glass jars. I mix it in with cooked whole wheat spaghetti and then top it with chopped tomatoes, green onions and any other vegetable I have on hand...shredded carrots, marinated artichokes, olives, etc. Really good in homemade vegetable soup too. I brought back their colorful shopping bags as souvenirs for friends and neighbors.

You make it sound too appetizing for words. Everybody seems to love Trader Joe's. I really much go back and spend more time browsing. Hm....

Gee thanks Pat and just when I was planning a trip to the TJ's - its almost as bad to the wallet as a trip to Costco. Don't forget their Wasabi Mayo either, quite tasty on a burger. There's also that Tomato soup in the cartons that's quite good, and I love the peanut butter filled pretzels (I can't get those anymore).

Have you guys tried their "Better Than Peanut Butter"? It is loverly. Low sodium and tastes as salty as the regular kind. Creamy as mayo. Nice.
