[It was admittedly difficult getting used to the fact he was unable to see - in fact for a good amount of time he debated what he could possibly do job-wise in his current condition. Eventually he settled on the idea of running the bar. Because there was totally nothing at all concerning about the fact that a man that controls fire and is blind is running a business that just so happens to contain large amounts of flammable liquids. NOTHING AT ALL CONCERNING. There were a number of little additions made to help make his job a little easier - some were obvious, like the sound of the bell that jingled every time the door opened or closed. Others were smaller things, such as the way different glasses were stored behind the bar, or the fact that each type of alcohol was labelled with a different sort of upraised symbol depending on what it was. Yes, getting used to being unable to see was difficult but his other senses seemed heightened as if to make up for it and with a little creative thinking it was definitely something he could work around.
Roy was currently reopening the bar to the bar for it's first day of business (at least under his management) and there is also a 'Now Hiring' sign as well. Oh. And drinks are half-off today since it was the grand opening. If anyone happens to be itching for a drink or even if you just want to have a little bit of conversation with the blind man feel free to come right in.]
