[ mod ] New Layout & Updates
We have a new layout! I got tired of the old one and decided to change it to something new.

The header features Kurenai (once again xD). Its also B&W, I'm not to sure if it seems welcoming or not though. :| But still... everything else is organized, haha. The headers are supposed to be transparent, if it shows up as a different color background, then I don't know how to fix that.
Also, I added a few new special categories: Best Texture Use & Most Useable. Along with that the guidelines has been added, Special Category will be given when this community has received +7 icons, Mod's Choice is given when we receive +10 icons, and lastly 2 Special Categories will be given when we receive +20 icons.
To paranoia_memory please reply if you are able to make your assigned banners. If you don't reply by next week I'll be finishing up your banners along with my backlog. Thank you! ♥
