my sleeping schedule has been so off lately. i fell asleep at 4 am saturday morning, woke up at 9, fell asleep again at 8 pm, woke up at 3:30 am sunday morning, fell asleep at 2:30 pm, woke up at 6:30, and now here i am. i question whether or not i am human.
today was such a strange easter. every restaurant was closed except for friendly's, so the pfau pfam and i ended up just getting cheeseburgers and happy ending sundaes for easter lunch. not that i'm complaining, of course (i'm looking at you, mr. reese's peanut butter cup sundae).
i was going to get such a satisfyingly large portion of work done this weekend and ended up spending the large part of three days making mixtapes and painting. come to me, vacation. at least now's where the light at the end of the tunnel starts shining a little bit.
actually, school's been going sort of...surprisingly well lately? as in i got a B on the last history test (which is basically the first decent grade i have gotten on a test in that class all year), i am sort of owning the sophomore oral, and i miiight just be taking art with ms. y next year (which, needless to say, would be the best). also, mr. hutton and i are finally getting around to trying to get this magazine started, so hopefully we'll at least have a core staff by the end of this year and start publishing by next year.
i am so unfathomably excited for the summer. just that liberating feeling of stepping out of school and not feeling obligated to do anything productive for a solid two months. oh, and camp? i can't exactly call it camp since i'm sort of not a camper, but i still can't bring myself to call it work.
anyway. back to trying to start my homework at quarter to one am.
