Free Burma
Today at class I talked to the kids about the situation in Burma. We had a discussion about the 'what ifs,' if the same situation happens to us, what are some of the possible response? Some kids said that they would do what the monks and the citizens did, demonstrate. Some said they would keep quiet, because they don't want to die. I wonder what would I do in the situation, would I stand against the tyrants or kept quiet for self-preservation?
