Long Overdue Life & Stuff Update
Hey guys!
Not that I was an excessive poster to begin with, but I've been posting even less than usual lately.
Random news from me:
I was in this random weight-loss challenge (which we totally lost) and of one the prizes was a gift card to a local bike shop. Before we lost, I went shopping and test rode and fell in total lust with this bike:
Giant's Chixie
So I told my mom I was saving up for it since we didn't win. Carlos had offered to pay for half because he has had to listen to me go on and on and on and on about it knows I need this bike in my life.
My mom offered to give me more than enough money to get the bike. (Sadly, the money is from my Granny's fairly recent death, but she had wanted to give a bit to me & my sisters anyways).
So BIKE SHOPPING SATURDAY.

Still don't like my job. Still planning on applying to the giant university's Women's Studies program. I even started the online application already. If I get accepted, I think I can step down a couple positions at work, still make okay money, and keep our health benefits.

How is it half way through June already?! I swear summer started 3 minutes ago...
