It's a chilly winter night, therefore we're having Oden! This warm hotpot consists of cabbage, green onion, fishcakes, and various other veggies in a nice soy & sugar broth. Served with both sauteed Enoki mushrooms and Maki sushi rolls (rice with pickled vegetables rolled up in a seaweed sheet.)

Why, yes, I'm totally loving the H-mart near my house.
