And what a subpar dinner this turned out to be! Marginally spicy curry chock full of chicken, red and green peppers, onions, and carrots served on rice with a side of egg drop soup. (Got a bit tired of miso.) The curry was thin, the spice was barely present, the egg drop was mediocre, and I forgot to buy some pickled garlic to serve as topping. Feh!
